The set of total loads on walls obtained in FEA now includes loads out-of-plane of the wall (force and moment). These loads are visualized on the model, in the report, and exported to other modules of the program.
It is possible to specify different types of element connections (hinges and eccentricity).
Results of FEA are exported to DIAPHRAGM module as forced displacements at nodes where adjacent elements (not included in the diaphragm model) are joined. Forced displacements (translations and rotations) are exported both in plane and out-of-plane of the section. Reinforcement is determined for RC walls or diaphragms according to FEA performed in BUILDING module. In this case it is also possible to specify arbitrary step of triangulation grid in DIAPHRAGM module.
For cross-sections of walls, it is possible to export to BRICK module forces and moments along all directions from all adjacent elements with account of support conditions according to results of FEA.
Columns and walls may be supported by floor slabs without underlying supports.
Stiffness of soil (moduli of subgrade reaction, stiffness of piles) may be increased in separate load cases (earthquake, wind) for FEA.
New section for beams – ‘rectangle with slab flanges’. This option enables you to simulate axis misalignment for slabs and beams. This section is exported to BEAM module.
Load combinations. Displacements, forces and stresses from automatic combinations (according to SNIP) and from user-defined combinations are visualized on the model and in the report.
More properties are added during import from *.dxf file (they are saved to name of the layers).
A storey may be copied from another model. That is, it is possible to prepare model of the structure from several files.
Twisting moment is exported to COLUMN module.
Enhanced export of loads to LIRA software (to simplify editing such loads in LIRA).
Stiffness of soil (moduli of subgrade reaction, stiffness of piles) may be changed in dynamic load cases (earthquake, wind) for the same model. Total parameters (static and dynamic) of this analysis are imported from BUILDING module.
4-node finite elements are generated.
DCF analysis is corrected.
